Denton Carpet Care serves customers in Denton, TX, as well as nearby communities such as Little Elm, Argyle, Corinth, Aubrey, and Lake Dallas.

By using our website or scheduling a service with us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Provided

We provide residential and commercial carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, area rug
cleaning, commercial carpet cleaning, and carpet sanitization services. Specific service details, methods, and
pricing are provided at the time of your quote and may vary based on the condition, size, and type of surface
being cleaned.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Quotes provided over the phone, online, or in writing are estimates based on the information you provide
and are subject to confirmation upon in-person inspection.
Additional charges may apply for excessive soiling, pet stain/odor treatment, or conditions discovered
on-site, and will always be discussed and approved by you before any additional work is performed.
Final pricing is confirmed before work begins, in line with our honest-pricing policy

3. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. Same-day service is offered when possible but is not
guaranteed.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer
that time slot to another customer. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee or
require prepayment for future bookings.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Please remove or secure fragile items, breakables, and valuables from the areas to be cleaned prior to our
arrival.
Please disclose any known carpet, rug, tile, or upholstery damage, prior repairs, or sensitivities (e.g.
antique rugs, delicate fabrics) before service begins.
Access to water and electricity at the service location is required to perform our services.

5. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any area we have cleaned, contact us within 24 hours of service completion and
we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge. This guarantee applies to the quality of our cleaning
work and does not cover pre-existing permanent staining, damage, or wear that cannot reasonably be
remedied by cleaning.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take great care with every job and our technicians are trained professionals, carpets, rugs,
upholstery, and tile vary in age, material, and condition. We are not liable for pre-existing damage,
manufacturer defects, color fading, or wear that becomes visible or worsens as a natural result of the cleaning
process, provided industry-standard methods were used. Our total liability for any claim related to our
Services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are licensed and insured in the
State of Texas to protect against accidental property damage caused by our technicians during service.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time service is completed. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and check. For
commercial accounts, invoicing terms may be arranged in advance. Invoices not paid within 15 days of
service may be subject to late fees and/or referral to collections.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Denton Carpet Care and
may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written permission.

9. Website Use

You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized
access, or submit false information through our forms.

10. Service Area

Our Services are provided within Denton, TX and surrounding communities, including but not limited to Little
Elm, Argyle, Corinth, Aubrey, and Lake Dallas, TX. Availability outside this service area may be limited or
subject to additional travel charges.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved in the courts of Denton County,
Texas

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new
“Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your
acceptance of the revised Terms.
